For the first time a Dragon Ball Z game comes to the Xbox 360 and PS3 and it also has new features for the next gen.In the main menu there is the Z Chronicles thats were the story is you get to relive some of the greates battles in the Dragon Ball Z universe,The stages are Saiyan Saga, Frieza Saga,Cell Saga,and there also a Extra Story.Then there Versus thats were you play one on one with the computer or human vs human or if for some reason you want computer vs computer and the best of them all Online were you can test your skills with other players around the world.Then there’s Trial Has 3 categories Survival Mode, Time Attack Mode, and Battle Point Mode Survival Mode, just as the name says. Try to survive beat 100 contenders.Time Attack, try to beat 10 fixed opponents as fast as you can. It has 3 class levels: A, B & C.Battle Point Mode, try to beat 10 fixed opponents and score as much points as you can. Just like Time Attack, it also has 3 class levels: A, B & C.Then there Tutorial for thouse ......N00Bs or for anyone who hasn’t played a DBZ game for a while and try to learn new moves if you complete Tutorial you get some achievements.The next mode is Training when you unlocked a new character you want to practice there move each character has at least three special moves that other character don’t have.And in Options you can Change your control, screen, sound, data (load/save) & status/achievements.

There also a feature called Drama Pices which can help you win a fight such as increasing your attack or defense or give some energy or increasing health.The roster only has a 21 character’s.Online features Player/Rank matches, Leaderboards, Player Stats, and also has Voice Support.One big issue with online is Lag if you playing a player in a diffrent country you going to have Lag if you play some one near you area it runs smooth just like someone is playing right next to you.Another big proplem I found was alot of Vegeta N00B’s ,Vegeta might be one of the most favorite character in the Dragon Ball Z universe but with Vegeta you can use his special move and does lots of damage to your opponent yeah thats fair.And also there a small proplem there are to many little kids playing so if you don’t want to hear them just take off your mic. But with thouse minor proplems it’s still a great online game.This game is also a Pick up and play fighting game but if you want to get better you do want to learn the character special moves.

If you a Hardcore DBZ fan you might not be happy so turn your back on this game but if you do love DBZ buy it

This game should make DBZ fan’s happy with the Visuals really meke it feel like anime the game is not to hard but at the same time not to easy.If you a DBZ fan you like this game but if your a Hardcore DBZ fan that’s has poster in your room and have evry single DVD you can buy this game might be a let down it only has 21 character when there atleast 100 characters in the real Dragon Ball Z universe and only a couple of  stages.But if your one of thouse people who use to whatch this show when your a little kid then you will be happy only has  21 character but are the most famous ones and also has great graphics the best I have ever seen in a Dragon Ball Z game.So if your a fan of the show it’s a must buy if not a fan there are other fighting games that will make you happy and if your a Hardcore fan and not sure if you want to buy this game then just rent it.
